Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, with a proven track record of developing and executing product strategies that drive customer value. You excel in creating and maintaining comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and user outcomes. Your ability to define, prioritize, and evaluate features based on business value sets you apart as a leader in your field. You are skilled in designing solutions through use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria, collaborating effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.

Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to present product visions through outcome-based storytelling that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences. You have a keen eye for identifying opportunities for process improvements and aligning business and technology strategies with enterprise objectives. You are detail-oriented and proactive in risk identification, driving results with a focus on achieving expected outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies that transition the organization from project-based thinking to continuous delivery. You will create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining key milestones and deadlines. Your responsibilities will include defining and measuring KPIs to evaluate product performance and success, ensuring that the product aligns with customer needs and business objectives.

You will foster effective communication across cross-functional teams, translating complex technical concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences. Your leadership will guide teams toward achieving expected outcomes, promoting Lean/Agile principles throughout the organization. You will also be responsible for presenting the product vision to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving engagement across the company.
