What you'll do

You will identify opportunities to connect different product offerings, such as small business insurance and loans, to create cohesive customer journeys that increase lifetime value. Your hands-on approach will involve designing and optimizing product features based on data-driven insights. You will collaborate with marketing, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and ongoing performance improvements. Your role will also include analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine product strategies continuously.
