Who you are

You have a strong background in product operations and strategy, with a focus on enhancing business performance and customer experience. Your experience includes working with leadership stakeholders to drive effectiveness and efficiency in product functions. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize data from various sources to inform decision-making. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Content, Finance, and Product Marketing, to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

You have a proven track record of developing measurement frameworks that promote accountability and transparency in business performance. Your analytical skills allow you to gain in-depth knowledge of relevant data sources and business intelligence processes, maximizing the impact of the product team. You are a strategic thinker who can influence and force-multiply business performance through effective collaboration and communication.

What you'll do

As a Manager on the Product Strategy and Operations team, you will work closely with the Director of Product Planning and Operations to build and refine measurement frameworks that drive transparency around business performance. You will be responsible for ensuring that Audible leadership and practitioners understand performance outcomes to execute against both short- and long-term strategies. Your role will involve designing and developing measurement frameworks that enhance accountability across the Product function.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of product operations. This includes working with cross-functional colleagues to ensure that all teams are aligned and informed about performance metrics. You will leverage your strong business acumen to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that optimize product performance.

In this role, you will also develop an in-depth understanding of relevant data sources and business intelligence processes. This knowledge will enable you to provide insights and analyses that maximize the impact of the Product team. You will be instrumental in driving initiatives that enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
