Caseware is seeking a Manager of Product Operations to collaborate with the Senior Technical Program Manager and product leadership team. This role requires strong operational skills and offers a hybrid work environment in Toronto.

You have a solid background in product operations, ideally with experience in the fintech industry. You understand the intricacies of product management and can effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to analyze processes and implement improvements is key to your success in this role. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives forward. You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects simultaneously. What you'll do
In this role, you will work directly with the Senior Technical Program Manager and the product leadership team to streamline product operations. You will be responsible for coordinating product launches and ensuring that all teams are aligned on timelines and deliverables. Your role will involve analyzing product performance metrics and providing insights to inform future product decisions. You will facilitate communication between engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product development. Additionally, you will help establish best practices for product operations and contribute to the overall strategy of the product team. You will also play a key role in identifying areas for improvement within the product lifecycle and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
