What you'll do

In this role, you will lead production operations at Amazon Leo, overseeing the integration and testing of Kuiper satellites and their subassemblies in a cleanroom environment. You will coordinate daily tasks for your team, ensuring that production schedules are met while maintaining high-quality standards. You will establish on-the-job training programs to help team members learn new skills and advance in their careers. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting annual reviews and managing corrective actions as necessary. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a collaborative and efficient work environment that supports the mission of delivering reliable internet to underserved communities.
