You have 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both tech and non-tech teams, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex business processes. Your strong analytical talent and high judgment enable you to make informed decisions that drive operational success. You possess excellent document writing skills and concise communication abilities, which are essential for stakeholder engagement and issue resolution. You thrive in a collaborative environment, building relationships with various teams to ensure smooth operations. Your proactive approach to problem-solving allows you to address imports-related issues effectively, ensuring compliance with regulations and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
As a Program Manager for MENA Imports, you will act as the main point of contact for imports-related topics, defining selection targets and commercial terms in collaboration with Retail Category teams. You will provide on-the-ground operational support to ensure the smooth execution of import shipments, working closely with partner teams to drive process improvements related to compliance and logistics. Your role will involve documenting standard operating procedures and ensuring that all import documentation meets regulatory requirements. You will stay updated on changes to import regulations and tariffs, which is crucial for maintaining compliance. Additionally, you will monitor shipment tracking from origin to destination, coordinating delivery schedules and providing regular updates to internal teams and leadership. Your ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders will be key to addressing imports-related issues and ensuring operational success.
