Who you are
You have 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on managing technical products or online services. You are customer-obsessed and technologically savvy, with a strong motivation to build exciting features that enhance the marketing function across MEA5 locales. Your experience includes owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition, allowing you to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. You excel in balancing conflicting priorities and navigating ambiguity, ensuring that you can deliver on core marketing features while managing project prioritization and resource allocation.
You understand the importance of creating effective mechanisms and automation-first solutions that improve customer experience. Your ability to partner with marketing business and tech teams allows you to manage end-to-end delivery and investment trade-offs effectively. You are skilled at creating and maintaining communication artifacts that clarify progress, risks, and priorities, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Desirable
Experience in leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of major new products or services is a plus. You are adept at navigating local market nuances and providing strategic insights that contribute to successful launch execution. Your background in product, program, or project management will help you thrive in this role, as you will be expected to co-own the product roadmap and deliver on execution.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be a key member of the MEA5 Marketing team, working closely with the MENAT Marketing and Tech teams. You will co-own the product roadmap, ensuring that you deliver on the execution of core marketing features that enhance customer-facing programs. Your responsibilities will include building and owning effective mechanisms and automation-first solutions that improve customer experience and scale across multiple locales. You will partner with marketing business and tech teams to manage project prioritization, end-to-end delivery, resource allocation, and investment trade-offs.
You will navigate local market nuances, providing strategic insights that ensure successful launch execution. Creating and owning business metrics and reporting will be essential, as you will develop dashboards and insights that inform executive decision-making. You will also create and maintain communication artifacts that clarify progress, risks, and priorities, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the product development process.
