What you'll do

In this role, you will lead security and security-systems projects within the AWS Data Center Security team. You will be responsible for designing, installing, and evolving physical security systems to meet AWS's high standards. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that each data center adheres to security protocols and best practices. You will interpret Threat Assessments to select appropriate security mitigations tailored to the unique challenges of each facility. Additionally, you will work closely with local security teams, providing them with the technical knowledge and resources necessary to fulfill their ongoing security mission. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a service-oriented culture among project and program managers, ensuring that security measures are both effective and sustainable.
