You have a strong background in physical security management, with experience in designing and implementing security systems such as Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV Surveillance. Your organizational skills and innovative mindset enable you to deliver results on time and within budget, making you a key player in the security landscape. You are comfortable working across various disciplines and levels, from technology research to system design and oversight of construction and implementation.

You possess in-depth knowledge of security technology and have demonstrated the ability to manage compliance with physical security standards. Your experience includes serving as a Subject Matter Expert in all facets of Physical Security, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards. You thrive in cross-functional teams and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, always focusing on achieving the best results for customers.

What you'll do

As a Security Program Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and integration of security systems equipment. This includes overseeing the compliance of physical security standards and managing Physical Security Projects. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that security infrastructure systems are standardized and effectively implemented across the AWS region. Your success will be measured by the development and commissioning of these systems, as well as the quality of customer service provided.

You will also be involved in the oversight of construction and implementation phases, ensuring that all security measures are in place and functioning as intended. Your role will require you to be innovative and proactive in identifying potential security risks and implementing solutions to mitigate them. You will report to the Multi-Cluster Security Program Manager and play a crucial role in the EMEA Security team, contributing to the overall safety and security of AWS operations.
