What you'll do

In this role, you will lead initiatives aimed at establishing Retail Business Services as the benchmark for organizational excellence within Amazon. You will be responsible for expanding the RBS ACES framework and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that all financial reporting is scientifically accurate and aligned with downstream business needs.

You will establish early-warning safeguards to proactively identify potential issues and implement data-driven prioritization frameworks. Your focus on improving people experience will involve leading programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction scores. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and solve internal business challenges, ensuring that RBS operates at peak efficiency.

Your role will also involve driving organizational capability transformation through the use of data insights. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives and contribute to the long-term success of Retail Business Services.
