You possess a strong understanding of the ACES framework and have successfully expanded initiatives like Innovista and eCF SPARK in previous roles. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams ensures that you can foster collaboration and drive impactful results across various departments. You are committed to improving people experience and have a track record of enhancing employee engagement scores.
Your analytical skills are complemented by your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You understand the importance of aligning financial reporting with business objectives and have experience in ensuring accuracy in reporting processes. You are proactive in identifying internal business challenges and have a strategic mindset that drives organizational capability transformation.
Desirable
Experience with data-driven decision-making frameworks and familiarity with financial reporting processes would be advantageous. A background in retail or business services can further enhance your fit for this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead initiatives aimed at establishing Retail Business Services as the benchmark for organizational excellence within Amazon. You will be responsible for expanding the RBS ACES framework and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that all financial reporting is scientifically accurate and aligned with downstream business needs.
You will establish early-warning safeguards to proactively identify potential issues and implement data-driven prioritization frameworks. Your focus on improving people experience will involve leading programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction scores. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and solve internal business challenges, ensuring that RBS operates at peak efficiency.
