What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Business Quality Assurance (BQA) initiatives for Amazon's Retail Business Services, transforming the organization into a benchmark for business excellence. You will be responsible for reviewing weekly quality metrics and business impact analysis dashboards, ensuring that all processes align with strategic quality goals. Your leadership will guide the team in conducting thorough audits of RBS processes, utilizing multiple data sources to validate the effectiveness of quality initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Finance, Operations, and Technology, to align on strategic quality initiatives that drive business impact. Leading weekly business reviews with senior leadership, you will present BQA program performance and benchmarks, ensuring transparency and accountability in quality assurance efforts.

Your role will also involve implementing continuous tracking mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of quality initiatives, allowing for timely adjustments and improvements. You will be at the forefront of driving a culture of quality excellence within the organization, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed about quality metrics and program outcomes.
