Who you are
You have a proven track record of leading program management initiatives, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to aggregate and analyze business metrics allows you to identify opportunities for value creation and ROI improvement effectively. You excel in building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including VPs and Directors, to secure buy-in for high-impact initiatives. Your expertise in translating complex business problems into data-driven solutions ensures measurable outcomes that drive success. You foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within your team, mentoring and developing team members to enhance organizational capability.
Desirable
Experience in retail or e-commerce environments is a plus, as is familiarity with performance metrics and value creation strategies. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for identifying and prioritizing high-impact defect areas across an organization. Your innovative mindset helps you implement systematic mechanisms that amplify value and ROI.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Value Excellence workstream, focusing on increasing organizational impact and ROI. You will aggregate and analyze business metrics to identify opportunities for value creation and improvement. Your responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing high-impact, underserved defect areas across Amazon's ecosystem and developing proof of concepts for upstream defect elimination. You will partner with senior leaders across various business units and external organizations to understand performance gaps and identify value creation opportunities. Building strong relationships with stakeholders will be crucial as you secure buy-in for high-impact initiatives. You will also mentor and develop a team of Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Business Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
