Who you are
You are a data-driven Program Manager with a strong background in operational excellence. You have hands-on experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and possess the analytical skills necessary to identify trends and implement scalable solutions. Your ability to bridge the gap between current performance and best practices is key to your success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable taking a 'boots-on-the-ground' approach to problem-solving. You have experience in process standardization and are adept at improving key operational performance indicators (KPIs). Your leadership skills enable you to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that operational feedback is integrated into new tool rollouts and automation features.
Desirable
Experience with Kaizen events and Gemba walks is a plus, as is familiarity with change management processes. You are passionate about safety and uniformity in operational processes and have a track record of driving best practices across networks. Your ability to perform deep-dive analyses into operational defects and SLA breaches will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the roadmap for productivity metrics and process standardization within Amazon Now's quick commerce delivery network. You will lead initiatives to improve operational performance and drive the adoption of best standards across the network. Your responsibilities will include conducting root cause analyses to identify trends and develop corrective action plans for business reviews. You will lead Kaizen events to eliminate waste and streamline material flow, ensuring that all processes meet the highest safety and efficiency standards. You will act as the primary liaison for process changes, ensuring that standard operating procedures (SOPs) are up to best worldwide standards. Collaboration with Tech, Supply Chain, and Product teams will be essential as you provide operational feedback on new tool rollouts and automation features. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that Amazon's quick commerce operations are not only efficient but also scalable as the network continues to grow.
