What you'll do

In this role, you will own the strategic roadmap for Amazon's ultra-fast delivery network, focusing on long-term planning and capacity management. You will lead labor and throughput planning to ensure the network can handle growth effectively. Your responsibilities will include developing channel distribution strategies that balance speed and cost-efficiency, particularly during peak surges. You will collaborate with tech and product teams to define requirements for next-generation planning tools, such as automated routing systems and AI-driven inventory placement. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying long-term structural improvements that drive down costs per shipment through better topology and density.
