Job Description
Who you are
You have 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of both manual and automated testing processes. Your background includes working as a QA lead on medium to large-sized projects, where you've honed your skills in developing and executing test plans and cases. You are proficient in using at least one automated test framework, such as Selenium or Appium, and have a keen eye for detail when reviewing user interfaces for conformity and functionality.
You are a proactive problem solver who can find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution. Your ability to interpret and report testing results makes you a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Software Development Engineers (SDE) to understand the overall technical architecture and how each feature is implemented.
Desirable
Experience with additional automated testing tools or frameworks is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You are comfortable gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively advocate for quality and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do

You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies within the team, ensuring that quality remains a top priority throughout the development lifecycle.
