You have the ability to identify potential problems before they arise and implement proactive solutions to enhance the customer experience. Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese at a minimum CEFR level of B2+ is essential for this role, along with a Bachelor's degree in Language.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the first level of support for the Last Mile team, addressing various operational issues related to transportation services. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to perform manual audits and resolve outliers or exceptions, which may involve listening to calls and transcribing text from various communication channels. Your keen analytical skills will help you identify patterns in audits and contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely responses to stakeholders and drive initiatives that lead to the best outcomes for customers.
