Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in quality assurance and system development, with experience in aerospace or similar industries. You are skilled in investigating production system issues and implementing corrective actions to reduce defect rates. Your ability to partner with cross-functional teams allows you to develop and qualify internal production processes effectively. You are familiar with quality management systems and have conducted audits to ensure compliance with established requirements. You are detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement, always looking for ways to enhance processes and prevent non-conformance during assembly.
Desirable
Experience in the aerospace sector or with satellite technology is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and export control laws will be beneficial in this role. You are proactive in your approach and have a track record of successfully implementing quality systems in a fast-paced environment.
