What you'll do

As an RME Technician, you will be responsible for performing proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment. You will carry out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse, ensuring that machinery downtime is minimized. Your role will involve using the latest tools to maximize equipment effectiveness and uphold all health and safety policies and practices.

You will support the development and progression of on-site apprentices, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow. Additionally, you will work on continuous improvement projects, making suggestions for long-term enhancements to operational processes. Your ability to respond promptly to breakdowns and implement solutions will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency of Amazon's operations.
