What you'll do

As a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician, you will carry out proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment, ensuring that everything runs efficiently. You will respond promptly to breakdowns, diagnosing faults and implementing solutions in a live distribution warehouse environment. Your role will involve using the latest tools and technologies to maximize equipment effectiveness and minimize downtime. You will uphold all health and safety policies and practices, ensuring compliance at all times. Additionally, you will support the development and progression of on-site apprentices, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow. You will also work on continuous improvement projects, rolling out best practices across various EU sites to enhance operational efficiency.
