What you'll do

In this role, you will carry out a variety of planned preventative maintenance tasks to ensure that all site equipment is operational and safe. You will respond promptly to breakdowns, investigating issues and implementing solutions efficiently. Your responsibilities will include carrying out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis, using the latest tools to maximize equipment effectiveness. You will also uphold all health and safety policies and practices, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

You will support the development and progression of on-site apprentices, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. Additionally, you will work on continuous improvement projects, rolling out best practices across various EU sites. Your ability to collaborate with senior colleagues and liaise with contractors when necessary will be key to your success in this position.
