Your proactive approach to maintenance and your ability to suggest long-term improvements will help enhance the operational environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance on site equipment to ensure it operates safely and efficiently. You will respond promptly to breakdowns, investigating and implementing solutions as quickly as possible. Working alongside senior colleagues, you will undertake day-to-day maintenance tasks and liaise with contractors when external expertise is needed. You will also support the development and progression of on-site apprentices, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow.

Your work will involve continuous improvement projects where you will roll out best practices across a range of EU sites. You will be expected to work on various shifts to ensure that our sites are supported around the clock. Your contributions will directly impact the availability and quality of our equipment, ultimately enhancing the operational environment for your colleagues and customers.
