What you'll do

As a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician at Amazon, you will be responsible for carrying out proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment. You will respond to reactive repairs and conduct fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. You will utilize the latest tools and technologies to enhance equipment effectiveness and uphold all health and safety policies and practices. Your role will also involve supporting the development and progression of on-site apprentices, fostering a culture of learning and improvement. You will work on continuous improvement projects and roll out best practices across various EU sites, contributing to the overall operational excellence of Amazon's facilities.
