What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for performing proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment. You will carry out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse, ensuring that machinery issues are resolved promptly. Your day-to-day tasks will involve working closely with senior colleagues and liaising with contractors when external expertise is needed. You will also support the development and progression of on-site apprentices, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow.

You will be involved in continuous improvement projects, rolling out best practices across various EU sites. Your ability to respond quickly to machinery issues will be crucial in maintaining operational efficiency. You will work on a range of shifts to ensure that the sites are supported around the clock, contributing to the overall success of Amazon's operations.
