You are familiar with using the latest tools and technologies to maximize equipment effectiveness and are always looking for ways to improve processes.

What you'll do

As a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician at Amazon, you will be responsible for maintaining a wide range of equipment and workspaces. Your day-to-day tasks will include carrying out proactive and preventative maintenance on site equipment, ensuring that everything is functioning safely and efficiently. You will also respond promptly to breakdowns, investigating issues and implementing solutions as quickly as possible to minimize disruption.

You will work closely with senior colleagues and contractors when necessary, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards. Your role will involve supporting the development and progression of on-site apprentices, helping them to learn and grow in their roles. You will also be involved in continuous improvement projects, rolling out best practices across various EU sites to enhance the operational environment.
