What you'll do

As a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician at Amazon, you will be responsible for carrying out proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment. You will respond promptly to breakdowns, investigating and diagnosing issues in a live distribution warehouse environment. Your role will involve using the latest tools and techniques to maximize equipment effectiveness and minimize downtime.

You will uphold all health and safety policies and practices, ensuring that you and your colleagues work in a safe environment. Additionally, you will support the development and progression of on-site apprentices, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. You will also participate in continuous improvement projects, rolling out best practices across various EU sites to enhance operational efficiency.
