You are eager to make suggestions for long-term improvements and are comfortable working on a range of shifts to support the operational needs of the site.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting planned preventative maintenance on site equipment to ensure it operates safely and efficiently. You will respond promptly to breakdowns, investigating and implementing solutions to minimize downtime. Your day-to-day tasks will involve liaising with contractors when external expertise is needed and collaborating with senior colleagues to enhance the operational environment. You will also play a key role in supporting the development and progression of on-site apprentices, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow.

You will work on continuous improvement projects, rolling out best practices across a range of EU sites. Your commitment to health and safety policies will be paramount as you help maintain a safe working environment for all employees. By maximizing equipment effectiveness through the use of the latest tools, you will contribute to the overall success of the RME team and Amazon's operations.
