What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of planned preventative maintenance to ensure that equipment is functioning safely and effectively. You will respond promptly to breakdowns, investigating issues and implementing solutions as quickly as possible. Your day-to-day tasks will involve liaising with contractors when external expertise is needed, ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with health and safety policies. You will also be involved in supporting apprentices on-site, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in maintenance engineering.

You will work on various shifts to ensure that the operational needs of the site are met, contributing to the overall success of Amazon's distribution operations.
