Who you are
You have a strong background in risk management and compliance, particularly within the healthcare domain. Your experience includes understanding and rationalizing compliance requirements, and you have a proven ability to build credibility and maintain good working relationships with diverse teams involved in payment security and compliance matters. You are skilled in reviewing technical security controls, such as access controls and data encryption, and you have a knack for delivering clear and concise recommendations tailored to your audience. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at engaging with business and subject matter experts to ensure adherence to information security policies.
Desirable
Experience with automation opportunities and working alongside DevOps teams is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis and the ability to identify trends and insights from historical data will enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will conduct deep dives into critical control areas to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. You will be responsible for driving consensus across teams to influence the secure and compliant design of systems worldwide. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with business and service teams to validate assessment scopes and reviewing security controls that are technical in nature. You will also be tasked with building and influencing security as a core competency throughout your relationships with internal teams, partners, and vendors, which includes providing education and training to the organization. Additionally, you will support ad-hoc data analysis requests and lead the creation and implementation of compliance strategies.
