What you'll do
As an Associate, Risk/Compliance at Oscar, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company complies with industry specifications, standards, regulations, and laws. You will review operational practices and create and enforce policies and procedures to maintain compliance throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will include conducting regulatory reviews and communicating with all relevant departments to ensure current compliance levels.
You will provide training to team members regarding compliance procedures, ensuring that everyone is informed and equipped to adhere to regulations. You will report to the Senior Manager, Corporate Compliance, and work closely with various teams to promote a culture of compliance within the organization. Your role will be essential in maintaining Oscar's commitment to serving its members with integrity and transparency.
What we offer
Oscar offers a competitive salary range of $88,560 - $116,235 per year, along with employee benefits and participation in an unlimited vacation program. You will have the opportunity to work in a fully remote position, with the potential for hybrid work models in the future.
