Who you are
You are an entry-level professional eager to start your career in risk and compliance. You possess a keen understanding of regulatory frameworks and are passionate about ensuring that organizations adhere to industry standards. You have strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with various departments to maintain compliance levels. You are detail-oriented and proactive in identifying potential compliance issues before they arise.
What you'll do
As an Associate in Risk/Compliance, you will be responsible for reviewing operational practices and creating policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. You will conduct regulatory reviews and communicate with relevant departments to ensure that all team members are aware of compliance requirements. You will also provide training to team members regarding regulatory compliance, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization. Your role will involve reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Compliance, where you will contribute to the overall compliance strategy of Oscar.
