What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the site's safety facilitator, orchestrating Amazon's Global WHS Program with precision and passion. You will lead initiatives that transform the safety culture, driving continuous improvement efforts that set new benchmarks in workplace safety. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive risk assessments, analyzing safety data, and developing innovative solutions to enhance workplace safety. You will collaborate closely with operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations, ensuring that safety protocols are followed and continuously improved.

You will also be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team of WHS professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving safety initiatives that protect Amazon's most valuable asset: its people. You will leverage data analytics and technology to create preventive measures that enhance safety and productivity across the site. Your ability to influence change and drive results will be key to the success of the safety program.
