What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the site's safety facilitator, orchestrating Amazon's Global WHS Program with precision and passion. You will lead safety leadership and innovation initiatives, transforming the safety culture through your leadership and innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include driving continuous improvement initiatives that set new benchmarks in workplace safety. You will leverage technology and data analytics to drive preventive measures and enhance safety protocols.

You will build and develop a high-performing team of WHS professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your role will involve leading comprehensive risk assessments and collaborating with various stakeholders to implement effective safety strategies. You will also be responsible for monitoring safety performance metrics and reporting on safety initiatives to senior management.
