What you'll do

As the Senior WHS Manager, you will lead the safety activities at the Fulfillment Center, ensuring compliance with Amazon's global policies and local regulations. You will be responsible for planning and executing the site's WHS goals and activities, including training, audits, and risk assessments. Your role will involve developing and implementing corrective actions in response to safety incidents, ensuring that lessons learned are shared across the network to prevent recurrence.

You will also focus on team development, setting goals, and providing support to your team members to enhance their expertise in safety management. You will conduct internal audits and collaborate with various departments to ensure that safety measures are effectively integrated into daily operations.
