What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for Amazon Connect solutions across Latin America — you will work closely with partner teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth. Your focus will be on building mind share and adoption of Amazon Connect practices among strategic partners, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
You will lead initiatives to enhance customer experiences through innovative solutions — your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement key programs that drive user adoption. You will also be responsible for monitoring market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies and ensure they meet evolving needs.
Your success will be measured by the growth of partner relationships and the adoption of AWS as the preferred cloud provider for customer experience solutions — you will leverage your expertise to guide partners in implementing best practices and maximizing the value of Amazon Connect services.
