You have 5+ years of experience in business development, particularly in technology or cloud services. Your background includes a strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and the ability to engage with partners effectively. You excel in building relationships and driving adoption of innovative solutions, particularly in customer experience technologies.
Your expertise in AWS services, especially Amazon Connect, allows you to provide valuable insights and guidance to partners and customers alike. You are adept at analyzing market trends and customer needs, enabling you to tailor strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your collaborative nature helps you work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives.
You are results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your strategic mindset enables you to identify opportunities for growth and implement initiatives that drive revenue.
Desirable
Experience with AI-powered customer experience solutions is a plus. Familiarity with partner ecosystems and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the go-to-market strategy for Amazon Connect solutions across the US. You will work closely with partners to develop and implement key programs that drive revenue and user adoption. Your responsibilities will include building mind share and adoption of Amazon Connect practices among strategic partners, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies and initiatives, ensuring they align with customer needs and expectations. Collaborating with internal teams, you will create marketing materials and training resources that empower partners to effectively promote Amazon Connect solutions.
You will also be responsible for tracking performance metrics and reporting on the success of initiatives, using data to inform future strategies. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any challenges they may face.

Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $142,800 - $193,200 annually for this position, along with comprehensive benefits including health support, flexible spending accounts, and a 401(k) matching program.
