You excel at representing the voice of the customer, ensuring that their feedback is effectively communicated to product teams. Your ability to curate custom feature requests for unique customer use cases demonstrates your commitment to delivering exceptional results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of go-to-market plans for AWS Connect, focusing on small- and mid-market accounts as well as enterprise-level customers. You will work closely with partner teams to recruit, develop, and grow key technology and consulting partners, providing them with the expertise needed to build innovative solutions.

You will be responsible for driving revenue and adoption of AWS services, working backwards from customer challenges to create impactful strategies. Your role will involve collaborating with field and central teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.

Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $153,600 to $228,600 annually, depending on location and experience.
