Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders is exceptional — you can partner with teams across AWS, including customer and account sales, support, and services, to ensure the right solutions are delivered. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to achieving customer success through innovative solutions.
You have a strong understanding of the Professional Services landscape and are passionate about shaping offerings and go-to-market strategies that resonate with customers. Your analytical mindset allows you to contribute to business reviews and operational cadences, ensuring that your team meets its goals and drives increased revenue and margin.

What you'll do
As the Senior ProServe Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a sales team focused on the Retail, CPG, and Manufacturing sectors. Your primary goal will be to drive customer outcomes through Professional Services, leading to increased annual recurring revenue (ARR) and ProServe revenue. You will set team priorities and provide thought leadership to shape the offerings and market approach.
You will collaborate closely with other teams within AWS to ensure that customer needs are met and that innovative solutions are delivered. Your role will involve representing your team to executive management and contributing to the operational cadence of business reviews, ensuring that your team is aligned with the broader goals of AWS.
You will also be responsible for managing risk and quality within AWS, ensuring that projects are executed successfully and that customer satisfaction remains high. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of success and accountability within your team.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $187,000 to $252,900 annually, depending on experience and location. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact the success of our customers and the growth of AWS.
