What you'll do
As a Senior ProServe Sales Manager, you will lead a team of ProServe Account Executives and Cloud Architects, driving transformative IT projects for clients. Your role involves collaborating with sales and delivery teams to ensure that solutions are tailored to optimize customer business outcomes.
You will be responsible for supporting customer relationship management, enabling your team to lead sales activities effectively. Your focus will be on delivering outcomes through your team, removing obstacles, and ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to achieve their goals.
You will measure your team's performance against key metrics, including revenue, billable bookings, and customer satisfaction (CSAT). Your ability to analyze data and derive insights will be crucial in guiding your team's strategies and initiatives.
You will also engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing them with expert advice on IT strategy and hybrid cloud operations. Your leadership will inspire your team to excel in delivering high-quality service and achieving customer satisfaction.
