You have 7+ years of successful enterprise class sales experience, ideally in the eCommerce, transportation, finance, retail technology, logistics, or software industries β€” you've demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach. Your strong influencing skills allow you to bridge alignment across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a high-quality seller experience. You thrive in ambiguous environments and are passionate about success and winning.

You possess superior communication and presentation skills, which enable you to effectively engage with diverse audiences. Your strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications supports your analytical capabilities, allowing you to make data-driven decisions. You have experience selling nascent products or services into new markets, showcasing your adaptability and strategic thinking.

What you'll do

As an MCF Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of MCF among strategic sellers β€” your responsibilities will include influencing onboarding processes and deepening partnerships to enhance seller satisfaction. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure that sellers receive the best possible support and resources. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and seller feedback to continuously improve the MCF offering.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth and acquisition within the MCF business. This includes identifying key opportunities for expansion and working closely with stakeholders to implement effective solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
