What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key shipper accounts, ensuring a positive experience that drives volume and revenue. You will develop individual account management strategies tailored to each shipper, focusing on understanding their needs and reinforcing the value of Amazon's shipping services. You will take proactive measures on key business parameters, including operations, claims, and receivables, to maintain positive shipper relations. Your goal is to win business volume from shippers while delivering exceptional service and support.
