Who you are

You have 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment, where you've successfully led end-to-end sales cycles for large and enterprise customers. Your experience includes developing operational processes and technologies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. You understand the importance of consultative selling and have a proven track record of identifying and onboarding high-potential customers. Your analytical skills allow you to assess market trends and competitor activities effectively, enabling you to develop and execute strategic account plans that achieve revenue targets.

You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, which help you build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and are comfortable monitoring key performance metrics to drive business success. Your ability to create joint business plans with shippers reinforces your understanding of their value proposition, ensuring that you deliver a positive experience to assigned accounts.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the sales efforts for the Amazon Shipping team, focusing on driving business growth through new customer acquisition. You will develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to the enterprise segment, ensuring that you meet and exceed revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include owning and maintaining P&L responsibilities for your assigned portfolio, as well as analyzing market trends to inform your sales strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth onboarding for new customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.

You will also monitor key performance metrics and prepare regular business reports to track your progress and identify areas for improvement. Your proactive approach will involve taking action on key business parameters such as operations, claims, and receivables, ensuring that you address any issues that may arise. By leveraging your local knowledge and past data, you will help refine the business value proposition, contributing to the overall success of the Amazon Shipping team.
