You have a strong background in security technology and project management, with a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget. Your experience includes overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of security systems, such as Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV Surveillance systems. You are innovative, highly organized, and possess excellent problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate complex security challenges effectively.
You thrive in collaborative environments and have experience working with cross-functional teams to implement security infrastructure systems. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels ensures that you can advocate for security needs while balancing operational requirements. You are committed to providing exceptional customer service and understand the importance of access control effectiveness in protecting sensitive data.
What you'll do
As a Security Program Manager at Amazon, you will lead the design and integration of security systems for AWS data centers. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance and repair of security equipment, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve conducting technology research, overseeing construction and implementation, and managing upgrades throughout the lifecycle of the security systems.
You will work closely with the EMEA Security team, reporting to the Multi Cluster Security Program Manager, and your success will be measured by the quality of customer service provided and the effectiveness of access control measures. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing standardized security infrastructure systems across the AWS region, contributing to the overall security strategy of the organization.
