Who you are

You are a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in managing global accounts — you've successfully built and maintained relationships with C-suite executives, articulating a clear vision and generating enthusiasm across business groups. Your experience in cloud computing, particularly with AWS, positions you as a trusted advisor to your clients, ensuring their needs are met with innovative solutions.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders — your ability to coordinate executive business reviews and maintain customer satisfaction is second to none. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with AWS resources to support customer interests and drive service implementation.

What you'll do

As a Global Account Manager at AWS, you will be responsible for providing global business leadership and managing relationships with one of the largest consulting companies in the world. You will define a CXO relationship strategy, engaging with AWS senior leadership for executive sponsorships and ensuring alignment with customer goals. Your role will involve monitoring deployment projects and developing opportunities that enhance customer satisfaction and service adoption.

You will work with a diverse team of AWS professionals, including Solutions Architects and Professional Services, to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of your global account. Your strategic approach will involve selling at the highest levels within the account, implementing broad strategies to earn customer acceptance and drive service implementation.

What we offer
