Minitab is hiring a Global Account Manager to drive adoption of their SaaS solutions across named global accounts. You'll leverage your enterprise sales experience to manage relationships and execute strategic account strategies. This role requires 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
Job Description
Who you are
You are an experienced enterprise sales leader with over 10 years of experience in software sales, particularly in a SaaS environment. You have a proven track record of consistently achieving 100%+ of your sales quota and managing large deal sizes, often exceeding $250K. Your ability to navigate complex, global sales environments sets you apart, and you thrive in roles that require strategic thinking and relationship management.
You excel at building and maintaining strong executive-level relationships across customer organizations. Your communication skills allow you to effectively coordinate with various teams within your organization to ensure consistent messaging and pricing strategies. You understand the importance of driving revenue growth through strategic account management and are adept at developing cross-sell and up-sell strategies.
What you'll do
As a Global Account Manager at Minitab, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned global enterprise accounts. Your key responsibilities will include managing named accounts and developing strategic account penetration strategies. You will coordinate globally across Minitab teams to ensure that all divisions and subsidiaries are aligned in their approach to pricing and positioning.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of Minitab's products and services, navigating complex and lengthy sales cycles. Your role will require you to work closely with various internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that you are positioned as a trusted advisor to your clients. You will also be expected to report on account performance and identify opportunities for further engagement and growth.
