Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the technology sector, with at least 5+ years of experience managing large accounts and building strategic relationships with C-level executives. Your ability to articulate a clear vision and generate business value is second to none, and you thrive in environments where you can leverage your expertise to influence key decision-makers. You are adept at navigating complex organizational structures and have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, enabling you to effectively communicate the benefits of AWS solutions to your clients.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to build trusted advisor relationships with key influencers and decision-makers. Your collaborative approach means you work seamlessly with internal teams, including solution architects and business development, to ensure that customer interests are prioritized. You are also skilled in developing formal case studies and references that highlight successful implementations of AWS services, showcasing your ability to drive results and demonstrate value to clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and direct the AWS customer account team, ensuring that all resources are aligned to support customer interests effectively. You will identify and build trusted advisor relationships with key influencers and decision-makers, specifically CxOs, at the customer. Your responsibilities will include defining a CXO relationship strategy within the customer, coordinating executive business reviews, and collaborating with internal AWS teams and external partners to deliver the best business solutions.
You will be responsible for selling at the most strategic level within the account, implementing a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation. This includes working closely with AWS executives, solution architects, business development, marketing, partners, and professional services to support customer interests. Your role will also involve developing formal case studies and other forms of references that highlight activity and workloads running on AWS, which is core to demonstrating the value of AWS services to your clients.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $187,000.00 - $252,900.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
