You have a successful track record of driving digital transformation and business growth through meaningful engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, developers, and various lines of businesses within your customers. Your excellent organizational and communication skills enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences. You understand the unique challenges faced by public sector clients and are adept at crafting innovative solutions that accelerate their success.

With a strong background in account management, you have experience developing and implementing strategic account plans that align with client objectives. You are skilled at creating and articulating compelling value propositions around AWS services, ensuring that your clients see the benefits of adopting cloud technologies. Your ability to build relationships and trust with stakeholders is key to your success in this role.

Desirable

Experience in the public sector or familiarity with government procurement processes would be a plus. A background in technology sales or cloud services can enhance your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use of AWS within the Public Sector market segments. You will engage with customers to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions that drive adoption of AWS services. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic account plans, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of AWS solutions.

You will work closely with C-level executives and IT leaders to identify opportunities for growth and drive business results. Your role will involve presenting AWS capabilities and benefits to clients, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through the adoption process. You will also be responsible for tracking account performance and reporting on key metrics to ensure alignment with client objectives.
