What you'll do

In this role, you will join the Content Excellence team at AWS and help define the standards and frameworks that govern technical content. You will create a content ecosystem strategy that outlines customer needs and how content should be organized. Your responsibilities will include defining content architecture standards and managing the content model to ensure that it meets the needs of both authors and AI systems.

You will establish content patterns and document assembly rules that guide content creators in producing high-quality technical content. Collaborating with platform teams and content creators, you will ensure that the standards you define are understood, adopted, and applied across the organization. Your work will directly impact the quality and consistency of AWS technical content, making it easier for customers to find and understand the information they need.
