Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in content strategy and user engagement. You understand the importance of creating intuitive and actionable content that enhances user experience and drives adoption. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and technical writing, to improve content workflows and tooling. You have a strategic mindset and are capable of defining and executing a vision for content as a first-class product experience. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and can effectively communicate the value of content to various stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience with AI-assisted content delivery or content management systems would be a plus. Familiarity with data analytics to measure content effectiveness and user engagement is also desirable. You are passionate about creating high-quality content that meets user needs and drives satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the content experience end-to-end, ensuring that users of Databricks can easily find and engage with content across documentation and in-product help. You will drive strategic improvements to content tooling and workflows, collaborating closely with engineering, tech writing, design, and AI teams to enhance the speed, consistency, and quality of content delivery. You will design systems and tools that enable context experts to contribute to content sustainably and at scale. Your work will directly impact how users discover, learn from, and act on content, ultimately leading to higher customer satisfaction and lower support costs.
