Who you are
You have a strong background in technical content management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in creating and curating technical content that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences. Your technical acumen allows you to understand complex concepts and translate them into engaging content that educates and inspires customers. You are detail-oriented, ensuring that all content adheres to high standards of accuracy, quality, and relevance. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers, technical writers, and industry thought leaders to produce impactful blog posts. Your passion for technology and content creation drives you to continuously improve content strategies and engage with the community effectively.
Desirable
Experience with content management systems and familiarity with SEO best practices are highly desirable. A background in AWS services or cloud computing will give you an edge in understanding the content you manage. You are comfortable using tools like Contentful and Markdown to create and format content efficiently.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as the primary human reviewer for technical content submitted by various business contributors, evaluating it for technical accuracy and customer relevance. You will collaborate with blog channel owners to curate and publish blog posts that highlight customer use cases and provide actionable solutions. Your responsibilities will include planning, creating, and delivering externally-facing technical content that drives meaningful engagement. You will also be responsible for maintaining the content calendar and ensuring timely publication of blog posts. By leveraging your technical knowledge, you will help shape the narrative around AWS services and contribute to the overall content strategy of the TCX Blogs team.

Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $113,600.00 - $160,000.00 USD annually, along with comprehensive benefits including dental, vision, and mental health support.
