Who you are
You have a strong background in customer solutions management, particularly within the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the complexities of cloud adoption and have successfully guided organizations through their transformation journeys. Your ability to build strategic partnerships with senior leaders is complemented by your deep understanding of AWS services and their applications in healthcare.
You are a proactive communicator, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Your experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and support, has equipped you with the skills to influence and drive change effectively. You are passionate about leveraging technology to improve patient care and clinical outcomes, and you thrive in environments where you can make a measurable impact.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of customer engagements, ensuring that Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations successfully adopt AWS cloud solutions. You will work closely with senior leaders to understand their business vision and challenges, helping them navigate their cloud journey. Your responsibilities will include strategizing and managing end-to-end cloud transformations, collaborating with engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs, and evangelizing AWS services to maximize their adoption.
You will also be responsible for establishing metrics to measure the success of cloud initiatives, providing insights that demonstrate the value of AWS investments. By fostering strong relationships with customers, you will act as their advocate within AWS, ensuring their feedback is communicated to product and engineering teams. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of healthcare through innovative cloud and AI solutions.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range for this position, with annual compensation between $169,000 and $228,600. In addition to a robust salary, you will enjoy comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
